              How many Hours of Sleep we should take            as per our age?



Sleep is very important for our body. It helps our body to regain energy after full day of the work we do. Having correct sleep schedule is very important. But, as we grow up we don't have time for sleep right? school works, jobs pressure etc. So here are how much time you get sleep according to your age.


Preschooler Age (3-5 years)

Preschooler should get the sleep of 10-13 hours because of there growing body. That includes short period of naps.


School Children Age (6-13 years)

School children should get a sleep for at least for 9-11 hours per day which means 75 hours of sleep per week.


Teenagers Age (14-17 years)

Teenagers should get a sleep for 8-10 hours straight per day which means 70 hours of sleep per week.


 Adults Age (18-60 years)

Adults should take a sleep for 7-9 hours per day which means 63 hours of sleep per week.


Older Adults Age ( 61+ years)

Senior Citizens should at least sleep for 7-8 hours per day which means 56 hours of sleep per week.
